HR & Benefits Operations Specialist

Remote (US — Eastern Time Preferred)

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000

Who's this Role is For

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits (multi-client experience strongly preferred)
  • Background in PEO, ASO, broker, or consulting environments
  • Detail-oriented, systems-minded approach to execution
  • Comfort operating independently and managing ambiguity without losing precision
  • Ability to identify patterns and proactively improve processes

 

This is not an entry-level HR role. It is not purely administrative. It requires judgment, initiative, and ownership.

Benefits Administration

  • End-to-end enrollment processing and change management
  • Carrier coordination and issue resolution
  • Ongoing client support for benefits-related inquiries

Payroll Support

  • Multi-client payroll execution support
  • Audit assistance and reconciliations
  • Accuracy oversight and deadline management

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Workflow support and process documentation
  • Ongoing process refinement and improvement
  • Risk reduction through operational consistency

Client Support

  • Professional, confident communication via email and live calls
  • Ticket and task management with clear follow-through
